Private Tournament Waterski Lake!

This is a man-made tournament ski lake, with tubing, rowing, and fishing too, but it's probably the least used, quietest lake in Thurston County. There's no public access, hours of use are restricted, and noise level is limited. It's gated. There are only 18 private lots, surrounded by 120+ acres of community owned land. All homes are of equal size and high quality. This is a particularly stunning rambler with only the rec room upstairs. Loads of upgrades.
