  • Glen Hellman, co-owner and broker, has been in the real estate business since 1986, and operated Northwest Waterfront - a real estate company specializing in waterfront listing and sales from 1991 to 2002.

  • Rex Chambers, co-owner and agent, was a top producing agent at Windermere before co-founding NetWorks Real Estate in 2002. , specializing in waterfront listing and sales, since 1995. Prior to that, Rex acquired technical experience as a builder and designer of many custom and spec homes including the custom Oyster Bay home of Scott & Debbie Casau.
